Practice Setting

• Large, multidisciplinary pain team with 5 physicians and 4 APPs
• On-site pain psychologist
• Mix of clinic and surgical center procedures
• Dedicated support for med management via APPs

Schedule

• 4 days per week: ½ day clinic, 2 in-clinic procedure days, 1 day at surgical center
• Clinic day includes 23 follow-ups in 20-minute blocks
• Procedure volumes: 18 patients/day in clinic, 12/day at surgery center

Cases and Procedures

• Includes neurolytic agent destruction and pain injections
• Full support staff onsite
• Focused on interventional pain medicine

Requirements

• Board Certified in both PM&R and Pain Management
• Texas license required (not open to IMLC)
