Pain Management Physician – Memphis, TN
COMPENSATION: $500,000 BASE + BONUS (Potential to earn $500,000+)

We are a multidisciplinary interventional pain management group committed to providing relief and improving quality of life for patients living with acute and chronic pain. Our mission is to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care through interventional procedures, medication management, and a holistic approach. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pain Management Physician to join our expanding team in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pain management services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Perform interventional procedures including (but not limited to):
- Spinal cord stimulation
- Intrathecal pain pump implantation
- Nerve blocks, joint injections, epidurals, trigger point injections, facet injections, and radiofrequency ablations
- Percutaneous disc decompression, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD) procedures - Prescribe and manage medications responsibly, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
- Educate patients and families on pain management, treatment options, and long-term care plans.
- Supervise and collaborate with APPs, nurses, and support staff.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through collegial teamwork, high-quality care, and community presence.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine (required).
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology, Neurology, or PM&R if pain boarded).
- Active, unencumbered medical license in good standing (or ability to obtain Tennessee license).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certified.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pain medicine.
- New Fellows and recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Average Volume: 20 patients/day
- Support Staff: Nurse practitioners, PAs, MAs, PTs, and full administrative support.
- Work Week: Balanced with procedural and clinic days; no hospital call.
Compensation & Benefits
- $500,000 base salary + bonus potential (earning potential >$500,000).
