Are you a compassionate and skilled pain management physician seeking more autonomy, a better work-life balance, and the ability to provide truly personalized care? We invite you to join our thriving private practice and make a real impact on the lives of your patients in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Why Choose Our Private Practice?
- Autonomy & Flexibility: Take control of your schedule and patient care. No more rigid hospital schedules or bureaucratic red tape—work on your terms while delivering the highest standard of care.
- Quality Over Quantity: Focus on building meaningful relationships with your patients. We believe in providing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans rather than a volume-driven approach.
- Competitive Compensation: Experience the financial freedom and earning potential of private practice. We have a steady flow of new patient referrals as a well-established practice. DFW is also a prime metroplex for marketing to grow your practice. Models include the ability to self-fund from the start or maintain a percentage of collections while being supported by another established physician. Each physician maintains the autonomy of their own private practice while sharing the overhead of the practice manager, staff and clinic costs.
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work in a modern, fully-equipped facility with the latest technology and tools to help you deliver cutting-edge pain management treatments. We have multiple office locations as well as a state of the art procedure center.
- Supportive Environment: Join a team of like-minded physicians, advanced practitioners, and staff dedicated to a patient-first approach. Benefit from a collaborative atmosphere without the constraints of a hospital system.
- Work-Life Balance: Say goodbye to burnout! With no on-call shifts and a flexible schedule, you'll have more time to spend with your family, pursue hobbies, or focus on professional development.
- No Hospital Politics: As part of our private practice, you'll avoid the administrative overhead and politics of working in a hospital system. This means more time for patient care and less time on paperwork.
