• Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants group is a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to understanding patients in pain through assessment, diagnosis and treatment of pain related disorders.
• Utilize multiple modalities including interventional procedures as well as medication management.
• Goal is to provide you relief from your pain through a multidisciplinary approach and rehabilitate the patient to a productive lifestyle.
• Mission is to reasonably and safely do what we can to help our patients find relief from chronic pain.
• Provide the most up-to-date treatment options available.
• Recognize that chronic pain can be a complex medical problem that can have profound effects on your physical and mental well-being.
• Goal is to help you decrease your level of pain and suffering, to return you to your maximum level of functioning and independence, and to help you restore your quality of life.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered MD or DO Indiana state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
• One year of work experience as an Anesthesiologist
• One year of Epic experience
• Board certification: chronic pain or pain medicine BC/BE in pain medicine
• Will hire a Fellow / new graduate
• Residency in Anesthesia (preferred not required)
• PMR (only if boarded in pain - not preferred candidate but would consider)
• Will travel between Memphis and the Northern Mississippi location (only 13 miles apart)

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

• Start date: ASAP
• Office hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-4p, Friday 8a-12p
• Patient Volume: Avg. 20 patients on a full day
• Support Staff: 3-NP's, 5-PA's
• Physicians: 4- Interventional Pain Specialists, 1-Neurologist
