Rheumatology Physician Opportunity - Independent Private Practice

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join our independent private practice on a partnership track with no buy-in required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be busy from day one, with a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Practice Setting:

• Join a well-established practice with six physicians, focusing on autoimmune diseases like RA, lupus, and related conditions
• State-of-the-art facilities with 11 exam rooms at the main office and 4 exam rooms at each satellite location
• Infusion services program with 14 infusion chairs at the main office and 4 at each satellite location
• Entrepreneurial environment with full business support through the main office

Schedule:

• Flexible 4-day work week
• Minimum 36 patient-facing hours per week, plus 4 admin hours
• Light call rotation - no hospital call or rounding. Rare to get a call.
• Opportunity for immediate patient load with 3,000 patients waiting to be seen

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary for 2-year partnership track, with potential to earn $450,000 - $800,000 after partnership. Can roll off onto partnership at any time after out-earning guarantee.

• Flexible PTO and the opportunity to transition to partnership once salary surpasses a set threshold after the 2-year term
